on this page within 21 days of your return. All complaints have to
be thoroughly investigated and therefore your comments will need to be
passed on to a supplier so your written statement will be required. You
should write to us via mail, email or fax providing any supporting
documents. When using the postal service we recommend you use a
signature delivery service.
All complaints are acknowledged on the day of receipt. Our acknowledgement will inform you exactly what course of action we have taken and the estimated time scale to resolve the problem. |
